Parking Restrictions PDF Print E-mail
Parking restrictions need to be functional and clearly signed. Ample parking should be a building requirement in areas where parking will be required.

Zones for bus stops, loading, or clearways should only apply when they will be used. For example 24 hour bus stop parking restrictions should not apply if buses only run from 7am until 9pm.

Creation of unnecessary clearways, taxi zones, as a means of eliminating on street parking (and thereby forsing people into expensive parking stations) is highly undesirable.
