Parking restrictions need to be functional and clearly signed. Ample parking should be a building requirement in areas where parking will be required. Zones for bus stops, loading, or clearways should only apply when they will be used. For example 24 hour bus stop parking restrictions should not apply is buses only run from 6am until 12pm. |
